For Dianabol: take 30 mg – 40 mg per day (Follow the dosage chart)

For Clenbuterol: take 120mcg tablets per day (Follow the dosage chart)

For Arimidex: take 0.5 mg tablets every 2 days (Follow the dosage chart)

For Samarin: take 3 Samarin per day (not included in the pack)
