How to pay for your order by bank transfer to our international account

To pay for your order, we offer you the opportunity to pay by bank transfer to an international bank account.

We receive your payment in 2 to 6 days.

Please follow the instructions below to confirm your order by bank transfer: Using your bank's online account, mobile application or by going to your bank and requesting the transfer.

Option A โ€“ Internet Bank Transfer

Each bank is slightly different, but here's the method to follow:

  1. Please log in to your online banking account and select "TRANSFERS"ยซ
  2. Go to "SEND MONEY TO SOMEONE"ยซ
  3. And use our payment information provided on the payment page after placing your order.

Important: never specify the name of the site or the nature of your order.

Our bank transfer fee is +10% of the total order amount. Additional international bank transfer fees (depending on your bank) are also your responsibility.

IMPORTANT:ย After your payment, please send us the confirmation form below. Please also send the PROOF OF PAYMENT document (.PDF / screenshots, with the transaction reference).

Option B โ€“ Bank transfer from your local bank branch

If you cannot make a transfer via the Internet, the best solution is to go to an agency and present yourself at the counter to request a bank transfer.

You need to have:

  • An identity document,
  • Your account number,
  • The payment information is given on the order confirmation page.

Important: never specify the name of the site or the nature of your order.

Our bank transfer fee is +9% of the total order amount. Additional international bank transfer fees (depending on your bank) are also your responsibility.
