The parties agree that their relationship is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions may be modified. Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, except for special offers whose validity period is specified on the Site. Users are advised to check the availability of items for sale on each product's information page.
If an item ordered is unavailable, upsteroide.to reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent product, at the same price or a higher price, after informing the customer. The customer may also cancel their order, provided they first inform upsteroide.to's customer service.

How do I place an order on upsteroide.to?
Placing an order involves several steps:

This order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the order by upsteroide.to and thus forms the sales contract between the parties. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, upsteroide.to sends a shipping email to the user with the tracking number(s). The order is then shipped.

The prices displayed by default on the website are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes.
The prices of products displayed on upsteroide.to do not include delivery charges, the price of certain packaging, or the price of other optional services subscribed to by the user.
These charges will be brought to the user's attention on the summary page before final order confirmation.

What payment methods are accepted?
Users can pay for their purchases using Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, credit cards converted to BTC, international bank transfers, etc. They are then invited to follow our tutorial to access our partners' web pages, which they will then need to validate.

ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY
Importantย : Whether or not you have chosen the "insured delivery" option, a full unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding missing, damaged or incorrect items.
The video must include:
โ The sealed package, clearly visible from all angles before it was opened, proving that it had not been opened or altered.
โ The entire unboxing, filmed continuously, without cuts, pauses or interruptions.
โ The entire contents of the package, clearly visible to the camera immediately after it was opened.
Noticed :
โ Claims submitted without a compliant unboxing video will not be accepted.
โ If the video contains inconsistencies, missing parts, blurry images, interruptions or signs of manipulation, we reserve the right to refuse reshipment or compensation claim.
โ The unboxing video is necessary to protect both parties and ensure fair handling of the claim.
In case of a missing, damaged, or non-compliant item, please upload the video to a private sharing platform such as https://streamable.com/share-video/password-protect and send us the link by email or via our support ticket as soon as possible. Please note that we accept claims for missing, non-compliant, or damaged deliveries within 15 days of receipt. After this period, no claims will be considered.
Is it possible to deliver to a shared address?
For deliveries to a shared address, the user acknowledges that the order processing service offered by upsteroide.to ceases upon actual delivery to the specified shared address, as the product may be received by a third party. The transfer of risk to the user occurs at that precise moment.
For deliveries to hard-to-reach areas, final delivery may be made by a carrier independent of the one used by upsteroide.to. This delivery may incur additional charges from this carrier, which upsteroide.to will not cover.

What are the delivery times?
The delivery times indicated on the website begin from the date the ordered products leave the warehouse. These times cannot exceed 30 days from the date the order is validated by the website. The user is notified by email when their order is shipped.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery period begins upon receipt of the transfer by upsteroide.to.
For deliveries to a pickup point, the chosen location may be closed (due to the retailer's holiday, etc.). In this case, the package will be delivered to the pickup point closest to the user's home. This information will be indicated in the order tracking. The user has 10 business days from the date the package is made available at the pickup point to collect it. After this period, the return will be considered non-compliant and will not be refunded by upsteroide.to; the package will be considered lost.

What should I do if I am absent during childbirth?
For deliveries by private carrier, if you are not home for the first delivery attempt, the carrier will schedule a new appointment. For scheduled deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a time. If you are not home at the agreed-upon date and time, you must notify upsteroide.to at least five (5) business days before the scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, the carrier will charge you for any additional fees.

ARTICLE 4 โ INSURANCE
The user is free to choose the shipping method for their product and can purchase insurance in case of loss, damage, or seizure of their package. upsteroide.to does not cover these costs or shipping fees and cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the package if the user has not selected this insurance (by checking the corresponding box) when validating their shopping cart. The site recommends that users opt for insured shipping. Online tracking is available exclusively on the official carrier's website.
โ If you purchase insurance against package loss, the delivery address must be complete, detailed, and absolutely accurate. The name and surname used for guaranteed delivery must be absolutely accurate and complete. Furthermore, the name and surname used for guaranteed delivery must be identical to those on the mailbox. If your package is delivered and someone other than the person indicated on the package receives it (neighbor, family member, or other), you will not be able to return your order.
โ If you purchase customs seizure insurance, and your address is flagged, you will not be able to return your order. An address is considered flagged if it is recorded in the customs database as having been subject to at least one package seizure within the 5 years preceding the order. If your customs seizure insurance purchase is approved, please provide us with a new address and a new name, with no prior record of seizures.
โ If you have purchased breakage insurance, a photo proving the damage that occurred during transport must be taken and sent immediately to customer service upon receipt of the package. You have 12 hours after receipt to send us this photo. After this period, the breakage guarantee will no longer be valid. The clear, vacuum-sealed plastic packaging containing the products must not be opened. If this packaging is opened, the breakage guarantee will no longer be valid.
The insurance covers the package in case of loss, breakage or seizure, up to a maximum of 500 euros, excluding transport and insurance costs.
No refund will be issued by the insurance; only a return is possible, up to a limit of 500 euros.
Only one return is allowed per order. If the returned package presents a new problem, upsteroide.to will not be able to process a third return, even under the conditions described above.
Our insurance does not cover all countries. If the insurance option is not available when you validate your shopping cart, it means that your country is not covered.
In all cases of returned packages, the shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
