Once your payment is validated, your order is prepared and shipped with a postal tracking number.

You will then receive your order anonymously and securely in a discreet package that has nothing to do with the actual content of your order, without stickers, logos or other marks that could make you guess the content of the package.

The name upsteroids.com will not appear on your package, on your bank account, or on any invoice or statement.

Upsteroids.com offers independent and optional insurance for +9% of the total amount of your order. This insurance guarantees the delivery of your package. In case of breakage, loss or in case of customs seizures, we send you a new order for free and immediately (online monitoring or a simple photo taken).
