Once your payment is validated, your order is prepared and shipped with a postal tracking number.

You will then receive your order anonymously and securely in a discreet package that has nothing to do with the actual contents of your order, without stickers, logos or other markings that could reveal the contents of the package.

The name upsteroide.to will not appear on your package, your bank account, or any invoice or statement.

Please note that we accept claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged deliveries within 15 days of receipt. After this period, no claims will be considered.
