I placed order #UP0123759649 on July 31st via BTC, with the payment debited from my account on August 1st. I have not received my order to date. I have contacted the website five times and sent screenshots of the bank transaction as proof of the debit. I had placed an order previously without any problems, but I paid by card, not BTC. Every time I contact the website, I am told that my case will be handled within 48 hours. It is now August 9th, and I have received no response. This is a Ponzi scheme: you invest once, you order a second time, and in the end, you receive nothing… It's a shame; I thought this site was more legitimate.

Shipping was fast, only two days after payment. Once the tracking information was provided, the package arrived in about two weeks.

Do not order from this site. I ordered on May 16th and I still haven't received my order. They are thieves; they give you tracking numbers for packages that have no tracking. Don't be fooled like me. My package is marked as delivered, but I'm still waiting for my order. This site is absolutely to be avoided.

I have been a customer of yours for a long time and this is the first time I have encountered a problem.

I placed my order in June. After a three-week wait, you informed me that you no longer carried the Prime brand and that you would replace it. I agreed. Four days later, I still hadn't received any email indicating the new brand, then you finally confirmed that everything was in order.

A week later, I received my package, but four Anavar sachets were missing. You asked me for a full unboxing video, which I made. Unfortunately, despite several attempts and compressing the video to 4 MB, it's impossible to send it to you.

I have already experienced a significant delay with this order and I find the situation unsatisfactory, especially since I also pay for insurance on my orders.

As a new Upsteroide customer, I've placed three orders this month (two from Driada and one from Hilma). The first Driada order arrived this morning, delivered by Colis Privé (which is one of the reasons I placed another Driada order, hoping it will also be delivered by Colis Privé). My Hilma order will be delivered by Colissimo. I hope everything goes smoothly with that one too. It would be great if we could choose the delivery method, ideally to a pickup point.

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW: I am a repeat customer of UPSTERIOD. When I say this, I am not just talking about one or two orders. I am truly a repeat customer with many orders. Currently, I have a delivery issue (super long delay). I ordered over a month ago, but still no package delivery. I have a tracking number, but all the tracking shows are «label created» and no movement for over two-weeks. Thus, I assume the package is stuck in customs.

I have created multiple tickets but have not received any customer service response.

Now typically, I would leave a one-star review for service like this. However, UPSTERIOD has come through on all my previous orders. Therefore, I give them the benefit of the doubt in this slow delivery. From other recent reviews posted here, it looks like the majority of the people are currently receiving slow deliveries.

Here is why I give them the Five Star review. On my past orders, for the most part, the orders arrived in a timely manner. My first order was over a month, but the others around 15 days to the United States. Further, UPSTERIOD products are legitimate. Some are a little underdosed, but they are clean and legitimate. Further, UPSTERIOD, has always came through and never scammed me of my money. When paying in crypto, this is always a concern. However, UPSTERIOD has always been legitimate. In this business, it is rare to find a trustworthy source for supplements. Therefore, I leave the 5-Star review.

To the team at UPSTERIOD: please work on your delivery times. It throws off many people's treatment plans or cycles. Also, respond to people when they open a ticket. I know you guys are good. Nevertheless, I am sure you will get it figured out.
