How to pay for your order with Western Union

Western-Union is a reliable payment solution for any transaction. We chose Western Union because the Payments are fast and confidential. . You have the option to pay at one of the many Western Union locations (500,000 Western Union agencies in more than 200 countries) or directly on their website with your credit card.

Using Western Union you can pay by credit card or visit your nearest branch with your national identifier and payment information .

This beneficiary is only valid for 72 hours from the date of your order.

This recipient is for single use only, for this order only. For any future orders, we will automatically assign you a new recipient.

Please follow the instructions below to make your payment:

  1. Use the First and last name of the beneficiary given on the payment page after you have placed your order.
  2. Use your first and last name as shown on your national identity card.
  3. Use the destination country as mentioned on the payment page after placing your order.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to send (You must also pay the transfer fees; we need to receive the exact order amount.)
  5. The recipient must receive the payment in cash. (Please select the payment option as cash withdrawal)
  6. Please ensure that the recipient receives the same currency that you send.
    If you are paying in €, please specify that our recipient must receive the total amount of your order in € and not in any other currency.
    If you are paying in $, please specify that our beneficiary must receive the full amount of your order in $ and not in any other currency.
    If you are paying in a currency other than $ or €, please request that the recipient receive payment in $.
    Please note that the minimum amount is €140 (150$).
  7. IMPORTANT: In the "payment reason" field, you MUST choose "«Humanitarian aid»" Or "«Gift» (or similar).
    Do NOT choose "help for a relative" (or anything related to relatives), or your payment may be cancelled.
  8. Pay and keep the MTCN tracking number that the agent or the WU site provides.
