Once we have emailed you the tracking number(s) for your parcel, you can consult the delivery steps below to ensure you are present for the delivery:


Important :

Whether or not you have chosen the "insured delivery" option, a full unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding missing, damaged or incorrect items.

The video must include:

โ€“ The sealed package, clearly visible from all angles before it was opened, proving that it had not been opened or altered.
โ€“ The entire unboxing, filmed continuously, without cuts, pauses or interruptions.
โ€“ The entire contents of the package, clearly visible to the camera immediately after it was opened.

Noticed :

โ€“ Claims submitted without a compliant unboxing video will not be accepted.
โ€“ If the video contains inconsistencies, missing parts, blurry images, interruptions or signs of manipulation, we reserve the right to refuse reshipment or compensation claim.
โ€“ The unboxing video is necessary to protect both parties and ensure fair handling of the claim.

In case of a missing, damaged, or non-compliant item, please upload the video to a private sharing platform such as https://streamable.com/ and send us the link by email or via our ticketing system As soon as possible. Please note that we accept claims for missing, non-compliant, or damaged deliveries within 15 days of receipt. After this period, no claims will be considered.
