  • I love street workout, as I've always been a staunch advocate of bodyweight training. It's amazing the results you can achieve with so little equipment. Training outdoors is also better than being cooped up at home or in a gym.
    For me, the only problem with calisthenics is that you quickly plateau. But if you really want to progress in this sport, you absolutely must consider increasing the difficulty (varying the incline, varying the spacing, reducing rest time, adding weights and other resistance).
