FIVE STARS but SLOW DELIVERY

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW: I am a repeat customer of UPSTERIOD. When I say this, I am not just talking about one or two orders. I am truly a repeat customer with many orders. Currently, I have a delivery issue (super long delay). I ordered over a month ago, but still no package delivery. I have a tracking number, but all the tracking shows are «label created» and no movement for over two-weeks. Thus, I assume the package is stuck in customs.

I have created multiple tickets but have not received any customer service response.

Now typically, I would leave a one-star review for service like this. However, UPSTERIOD has come through on all my previous orders. Therefore, I give them the benefit of the doubt in this slow delivery. From other recent reviews posted here, it looks like the majority of the people are currently receiving slow deliveries.

Here is why I give them the Five Star review. On my past orders, for the most part, the orders arrived in a timely manner. My first order was over a month, but the others around 15 days to the United States. Further, UPSTERIOD products are legitimate. Some are a little underdosed, but they are clean and legitimate. Further, UPSTERIOD, has always came through and never scammed me of my money. When paying in crypto, this is always a concern. However, UPSTERIOD has always been legitimate. In this business, it is rare to find a trustworthy source for supplements. Therefore, I leave the 5-Star review.

To the team at UPSTERIOD: please work on your delivery times. It throws off many people's treatment plans or cycles. Also, respond to people when they open a ticket. I know you guys are good. Nevertheless, I am sure you will get it figured out.
