Placed an order 2 months ago. Have not received product or shipping number. Poor customer service.

Regarding your order, we did indeed ship the package two months ago, but it appears that it was held up by USPS, which unfortunately caused a significant delay. The tracking number was sent to the email address associated with your order, and it's possible that the tracking information wasn't updated as expected.
Throughout our regular communication via our support tickets, we promptly addressed the situation. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we offered to replace the order. During our most recent discussions, we agreed on a coupon for the same value as your order, allowing you to place a new order.
We sincerely regret that you perceive our service as “poor customer service” despite all our efforts to resolve this situation.
