The usual dosage of testosterone propionate for male athletes is 50 to 100 mg per injection, administered every two or three days. Like all testosterone esters, testosterone propionate is commonly used at a cumulative weekly dose of 200 mg to 400 mg. Testosterone propionate is a synthetic injectable form of the primary male androgen testosterone.
