I use Nolvadex periodically. I know it's an extremely outdated method in terms of its use for estrogen control.
But I have my reasons for doing so. I recently had blood tests done, but I haven't received the results yet.
Since I've been cycling for years, I can kind of feel when my estrogen levels are high. So I've been taking Nolvadex periodically, just when I feel my estrogen is a little elevated. I know that for scientists, this isn't the correct procedure, but it's working for me right now. I've noticed that a few days after taking it, the slight bloating I had seems to disappear. I'll know more once I've completed my PCT with Clomid and Nolvadex.
