- Weeks 1 to 3 and 6 to 8: Take 5 tablets (50mg) of Dianabol daily, always after meals. Example dosage: 1 tablet in the morning, 2 tablets at midday, and 2 tablets in the evening.
- Weeks 4 and 5: Take 6 tablets (60mg) of Dianabol daily, always after meals. Example dosage: 2 tablets in the morning, 2 tablets at midday, and 2 tablets in the evening.
For Anadrol:
- Weeks 5 to 8: Take 3 tablets (150mg) of Anadrol daily, always after meals. Example dosage: 1 tablet in the morning, 1 tablet at midday, and 1 tablet in the evening.
