Regarding Dianabol:

Weeks 1 to 3 and 6 to 8: Take 50mg of Dianabol daily, always after meals.
Weeks 4 and 5: Take 60mg of Dianabol daily, always after meals.

For Anadrol:

Weeks 5 to 8: Take 150mg of Anadrol daily, always after meals.

For Samarin: take 4 Samarin capsules per day. (Not included in the pack)

For Arimidex: Take 0.5mg every two days.

Due to the half-life of the anabolic steroid Dianabol, the advisors at upsteroide.to recommend starting your restart the day after your last dose of Dianabol.

For the recovery, take 50mg Clomid per day for 20 days.
For recovery, take 20mg Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) per day for 20 days.
