    I started taking a 50mg dose every day and did so throughout the entire cycle, which lasted 25 days. I started to feel the effects around day 10. The pumps were more intense.
    I'd say by day 15, it was fully effective; I'd gained 4 kg, my strength was increasing considerably, so I really needed wraps for my elbows, otherwise I'd have joint pain. By the end of my cycle, I'd gained 10 kg, and my bench press and all my extra weight had increased dramatically.
    I didn't experience many side effects, just mild headaches at the beginning and an increase in blood pressure, but all of that went away fairly quickly.
    It was a fantastic cycle.
