Order placed on August 29th, received on November 16th!! Two and a half months of waiting, far too long compared to the expected delivery time. It's been a month and a half since I was told my order had been shipped. Despite my follow-ups, I keep getting the same response: my request is being processed… In short, should I place an order now to be sure of getting it in the spring???!!! Disappointed
