A very reliable website with responsive customer service; the delivery time was long, but in my opinion, this was due to COVID-19.

Even today, the package is still at the same stage: "in preparation," even though the processing time is 72 hours for validation and 24 hours for dispatch.
No customer communication whatsoever, apart from pre-written messages. Over 17 tickets opened, and why get responses that are completely useless?
I went through the UK platform to get it quickly
Still nothing today. Is this really a legitimate site? I'm starting to have my doubts.
