Following my order, I provided my postal address, with which I've never had any delivery problems. However, the order didn't arrive at my home but at a Chronopost pickup point. The problem is, I wasn't given the collection code because the sender didn't provide my email address or phone number. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service. If they fix the problem, I'll change my review.
