Pyridoxine, also known as vitamin B6, is a form of vitamin B6 commonly found in foods and used as a dietary supplement. As a supplement, it is used to treat and prevent pyridoxine deficiency, sideroblastic anemia, pyridoxine-dependent epilepsy, certain metabolic disorders, side effects or complications of isoniazid use, and some types of mushroom poisoning.

Side effects of pyridoxine: headache, numbness and drowsiness.

Thiamine, also known as thiamine or vitamin B1, is a vitamin found in foods such as whole grains, legumes, and certain meats and fish, and is manufactured as a dietary supplement and medication. Supplements and medications are available to treat and prevent thiamine deficiency and related disorders, including beriberi and Wernicke's encephalopathy. Other uses include the treatment of maple syrup urine disease and Leigh syndrome.

Side effects of thiamine: allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, may occur when repeated doses are administered by injection, nausea, lethargy and impaired coordination.

Phytomenadione, also known as vitamin K1, phytonadione, or phylloquinone, is a vitamin found in foods and used as a dietary supplement. It is also recommended for the prevention and treatment of vitamin K deficiency bleeding in infants.
