Once your payment is validated, your order is prepared and shipped with a postal tracking number.

You will then receive your order anonymously and securely in a discreet package that has nothing to do with the actual contents of your order, without stickers, logos or other markings that could reveal the contents of the package.

The name upsteroide.to will not appear on your package, your bank account, or any invoice or statement.

Seizure and damage insurance included with immediate reshipment of your order.

Upsteroide.to offers independent and optional insurance covering up to 9% of your total order amount. This insurance guarantees the delivery of your package. In case of breakage, loss, or customs seizure, we We will resend your order free of charge and immediately. (Online tracking or a simple photo will serve as proof). The price of insured delivery varies depending on the warehouse chosen:

If you receive a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, please upload the video to a private sharing platform such as https://streamable.com/share-video/password-protect and send us the link via email or our support ticket as soon as possible. Please note that we accept claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged deliveries within 15 days of receipt. After this period, no claims will be considered.
