Order received – reliable site but long delivery times

First order placed on April 27, 2025, received on May 14, therefore much longer delays than those announced.
I ordered:

Everything comes from the same European warehouse.

Customer service responded to me, which reassured me.
It was my first time, I was a little worried, but the site is reliable.
I have only just started the treatment so I cannot yet judge the effects.
Allow for a significant amount of time, especially if it's your first order.
