Only one small downside
I placed an order in October 2024 that was stopped by Swiss customs and I never received it. Fortunately, I had taken out additional insurance that covers this type of damage. We changed the delivery address of course and UP took care of the new order. Same quantities and same products as the order I had placed. I waited almost 3 months, not because of UP, but because of the sender of the products.
I had several contacts with the after-sales service who were very available, who answered all my questions and who overall did a really professional job.
The only small downside is that I gave them a delivery address that I changed to a second, more secure one. I asked them for confirmation for this second address but they still delivered my order to the first address. So the package arrived safely, more than 3 months later and despite this small incident, all's well that ends well. But just be careful to deliver to the right place, especially after confirmation by email. I'm sure that from now on, this kind of small downside will no longer happen, otherwise for the rest, I can only recommend UP.
