Getting Frustrated
I've been a customer for a while and had no issues; however, the last two orders I have placed have had unacceptable issues. Both are from Pharmaqo USA. This most recent order says delivered. I don't know where it was delivered, but it wasn't to me. The order before it was delivered, but it only had half the product in it. Why did I even pay for insurance? I'm out hundreds of dollars. This particular warehouse is the worst. I'll never order from it again.

I ordered on November 3rd, and it's now December 1st. My package has been stuck at the shipper's warehouse since 13-11-2025 with no updates or movement.

Following my order I indicated my postal address with which I have never had any delivery problems, however the order did not arrive at my home but at a Chronopost relay point, but the problem is the withdrawal code was not sent to me because the sender did not provide my email address or my telephone number, I am still waiting for the response from customer service, if they fix the problem I will change my opinion
