Description
Erythropoietin is a growth factor hormone produced by the kidney that promotes the formation of red blood cells in the bone marrow. It stimulates the bone marrow to produce more red blood cells. This increases the oxygen carrying capacity in the blood. In turn, this gives the athlete (cyclist, marathoner) a considerable improvement in his endurance.

Dosage:
10ui per kg of body weight, three injections per week for two weeks is enough to increase the number of red blood cells in the blood to a level sufficient to dramatically improve endurance.
A person of average height and weight will need 4800ui. Or two boxes.

Administration
EPO can be administered in two ways, either intravenously or subcutaneously. The intravenous injection will work quickly, within a few minutes, while the subcutaneous injection will take 24 hours.
