Arimistane aromatase inhibitor is effective for weight management issues. It is also used to treat gynecomastia. In general, its dosage is between 25 and 75 mg per day. However, experts generally advise starting with a low dose and increasing gradually as needed.
The aromatase enzyme helps increase estrogen levels - while Arimistane lowers them. A high level of estrogen hormones in men lowers the luteinizing hormone or LH, which has the effect of lowering testosterone levels in men.
